Shipping and Returns



We are happy to provide free shipping within the European Union for orders above €150 (Standard Delivery). Should you wish to select another shipping method (Express shipment), the cost will be indicated at check-out, provided the option is available.

Your order will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order. Please note that the courier may require deliveries to be signed for. All prices include handling and taxes if delivered to customers within the European Union. For customers outside Europe, additional charges may apply (please see below).



Our orders are typically dispatched the day after your order has been received (except weekends and bank holidays). Orders received before 10h30AM are usually dispatched the same day itself.

Expected delivery time :

France (Standard Colissimo) : 2-3 business days, Express (Chronopost) : 24h. 

European Union (Standard Colissimo) : 3-5 business days, Express delivery (DHL) : 24h.

International (DHL Express) : 2-3 business days.

Product(s) can be exchanged or returned within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

We can only accept returns of unused and undamaged items complying with our returns policy below:

- All items should be returned in their original condition, clean and unworn (other than to try them on indoors).

- Products should be returned with all tags, labels and accessories, in their original packaging, inside a protective shipping box.

- Products need to be shipped back within 14 days after receiving your order with the return form inside the return box. 

Please note that we offer a free exchange service within the EU, but we do not offer a free return service. Should you wish to make a final return, the freight is at your cost. We believe that a free return service encourages a culture of frequent over-consumption and abuse, which is not respectful for us a business or for the environment

Please make sure you fill the return form and place it in the return box along with the items to be returned. To pack the product(s) we recommend you use the shipping box you have received them in or use another protective box (double box) to make sure we receive the goods in optimal condition. Please make sure you ask and keep a proof of shipment, with a tracking number, that we kindly ask you to share with us.



Once your return is received, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card within 3-5 business days of the receipt of your return items.

Please note that we are unable to process refunds or exchanges for product(s) returned to us worn, soiled, damaged or incomplete. We reserve the right to deduct from the refund an amount to reflect the diminished value of the product(s) up to the full price of the product(s).



Product(s) for delivery outside the European Union, may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. As the recipient, you are liable for the payment of those import duties or taxes; payment of these might be necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. We therefore recommend you contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order with us. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the product(s) are destined.

We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws. We reserve the right not to deliver to any country that is prohibited by applicable export laws.
